Programme - Be Part of Our Next Chapter of Mentorship!

In 2025, the Swire Trust Mentorship programme will continue to serve youth in post-secondary education.
 
Whether you have years of experience or are just starting your professional journey, sign up as mentor, share your knowledge and experiences. Create a culture of mentorship where we make a difference by unlocking the potential of our next generation!
 
Be a part of empowering and inspiring our youth. Sign up as a mentor by 24 January! We are seeking mentors for the following groups of mentees:  
 

Ethnically Diverse Youth:	Scholars and interns through The Zubin Foundation and EmpowerU
Swire Scholars:	Youth who are currently studying in universities and receiving Swire Scholarships
Tung Chung Youth:	Those living in public housing estates and served by HK Sheng Kung Hui Tung Chung Integrated Services
Aviation-major Students:	Youth who are studying Aviation in Vocational Training Council

You can choose to apply for more than one mentorship stream. The Swire Trust team will pair you up with the most suitable mentee according to your application.

 
The role of a mentor: 
·       Commit to meeting your mentee at least 3 times in 2025, preferably face-to-face.
·       Approach the mentorship with an open attitude, ready to share and learn from the youth.
·       Ideally able to attend the mentorship kick-off at Quarryside on 27 February.
 
Rewards as a mentor:
·       Strengthened leadership and mentorship skills through helping underprivileged youth.
·       Experience reverse mentorship - New perspectives into an age and social group in the community.
·       Connect with like-minded Swire Group colleagues.
