  • Why can’t I see the web page in full?
    The web page is best viewed with 1024 x 768 screen resolution. Please set your display resolution to 1024 x 768 or higher.
  • Why I can't access “Media Gallery”?
    Only SHKSA members are allowed to access “Media Gallery”. Please log on with your user name and password. If you are not yet a SHKSA member, please click “Become a Member” to register.
  • Why can’t I browse “My Profile” and “E-forms”?
    Only SHKSA members are allowed to access “My Profile”and “E-forms”. Please log on with your user name and password. If you are not yet a SHKSA member, please click “Become a Member” to register.
  • How can I log on to the system? How can I know my user name and password?
    Please select your company name from the drop-down list. Your user name is your staff ID number. Your password is a 4-digit value, which will be/was sent to you by email upon your membership confirmation. After you log on to the system, you may change your password in “My Profile”.
  • Can I apply for membership online?
    Click “Become a Member” and fill in your personal information. You may upload a copy of your staff card, submit it by fax or by post. We will send you an email confirmation of your membership after receiving your application. Membership is limited to existing staff members of the Swire group companies in Hong Kong. No membership fee is required.
  • Can I renew my membership online?
    Click “Become a Member– Renewal” and fill in your personal information. You are required to upload a copy of your staff card, or please submit it by fax or by post with a copy of your staff card. We will send you an email confirmation of your renewal application after receiving all documents. Membership is limited to existing staff members of the Swire group companies in Hong Kong. No membership fee is required.
  • How can I check the details of activities?
    You may go to “Coming Activities”, or select the activities you are interested in on the Home Page and view the details.
  • How can I print out the details of activities?
    You may download the activity Enrolment Form under individual activity page and print it out. Or you may select the relevant information on the web page, right-click and select “Print” to print out the details.
  • Can I register for activities online?
    On the individual activity page, click “Enrolment Form” and download the form. You may also fill in the relevant application forms from “E-forms” in the “Members’ Zone” box for registration.
  • Can I change my password?
    You may change your password in “My Profile” in the “Members’ Zone” box.
  • What should I do if I forgot my password?
    You may click the link "Forgot Password" next to the Login Box and submit your relevant information. A new password will be sent to your registered email account.
