Check-in Time: 7:40 am
Tee Time: 8:33 am (9 mins intervals between groups) (Please register at the golf course at least 10 minutes before the assigned tee time)
Return Time : Around 3:30pm
Scoring, Rules & Regulations : Details will be provided after the participants are confirmed.
Prizes : rophies will be awarded to the Best Player for both male/female categories. An award will also be given to “Closest to the Pin'”
Remarks
For identification purpose, all participants must present their company staff cards to the duty officials before the tournament.
Participants should bring along their own golf clubs and wear proper sportswear during the tournament.
If typhoon signal no. 3 (or higher) or black rainstorm warning is still hoisted three hours before the assembly time, the tournament will be re-scheduled.
All rules laid down by the Kau Sai Chau Golf Course regarding the use of the venue must be strictly followed.
The organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participants found to misbehave or break the rules that might affect the tournament.
Enrollment Method
Please complete the following enrollment form and send together with a cheque (payable to Swire Hong Kong Staff Association) to 30/F Dorset House, Taikoo Place, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong. In the event of over-subscription, lots will be drawn, and results will be confirmed through email or telephone. You can also check the enrollment results at our website: www.shksa.com. Unsuccessful applicants will have their cheques returned within one week after the enrollment deadline.
Members must present their staff cards when attending the activities/ interest classes.
Enrolment for any activities/ interest classes may not be transferred to other colleagues or friends.
Each member may only submit one enrolment form for each activity/ interest class. Repeated submissions may result in disqualification from enrolment.
For activities/ interest classes which accept non-members, non-members must be accompanied by members.
Confirmation of enrolment: Enrolment shall be confirmed by email or telephone. The enrolment results can also be found on www.shksa.com. Upon receipt of enrolment confirmation, members must settle the total amount required to be paid within five working days can be paid by cheque or bank transfer.
Cancelation policy: To cancel an enrolment, members must inform SHKSA within two working days after receipt of enrolment confirmation. Otherwise, if a replacement cannot be arranged, SHKSA shall charge the member the specified course/ activity fee and a penalty of HK$200.
Absence: Absence without valid reasons or prior notice will not only waste the subsidy by SHKSA but also deprive other members of their chances to join the activity/ interest class. If any vacancy is not replaced due to the above reasons, SHKSA shall charge a penalty of HK$200 on attendees with an attendance rate below 50%. Please be punctual in any activity or interest class. Latecomers may not be allowed to enter the activity venue after commencement of the class.
Violation of rules: Any violation of the above rules may lead to suspension of membership for one year. SHKSA reserves the right to report to the supervisor of the member in case of repeated violation.
