Remarks on Ticket Order
1)     Allocation of tickets will be announced after the registration deadline. If tickets are over-subscribed, lots will be drawn to confirm the successful applicants (priority will be given to members subscribing to fewer tickets). Successful applicants will be notified through e-mail. Please do not pay before the official announcement.

2)     Participants need to provide proof for applying refund, refund take not less than 60 working days to process.

3)     Free admission for children under the age of 3; proof of identity must be shown at entry.

4)     Participants aged below 11 must be accompanied by a participant aged 15 or above with valid ticket for park admission.

5)     Child aged below 5 are NOT permitted to enter all Halloween haunted houses. Child aged between 5 to 11 must be accompanied by a person aged 15 or above to enter “H25: Rising Fear”

6)     Ticket pick-up time is from 10am to 6pm on the day of the event (1st October 2025), members must present their valid staff cards to collect their tickets at “SHKSA - Ticket Collection Counter” located at the entrance of Ocean Park Hong Kong. Representatives or latecomers will not be entertained.

• Members must present their staff cards when attending the activities/ interest classes.
• Enrolment for any activities/ interest classes may not be transferred to other colleagues or friends.
• Each member may only submit one enrolment form for each activity/ interest class.  Repeated submissions may result in disqualification from enrolment.
• For activities/ interest classes which accept non-members, non-members must be accompanied by members.
• Confirmation of enrolment: Enrolment shall be confirmed by email or telephone.  The enrolment results can also be found on www.shksa.com. Upon receipt of enrolment confirmation, members must settle the total amount required to be paid within five working days can be paid by cheque or bank transfer.
• Cancelation policy: To cancel an enrolment, members must inform SHKSA within two working days after receipt of enrolment confirmation. Otherwise, if a replacement cannot be arranged, SHKSA shall charge the member the specified course/ activity fee and a penalty of HK$200.
• Absence: Absence without valid reasons or prior notice will not only waste the subsidy by SHKSA but also deprive other members of their chances to join the activity/ interest class.  If any vacancy is not replaced due to the above reasons, SHKSA shall charge a penalty of HK$200 on attendees with an attendance rate below 50%. Please be punctual in any activity or interest class. Latecomers may not be allowed to enter the activity venue after commencement of the class.
• Violation of rules: Any violation of the above rules may lead to suspension of membership for one year. SHKSA reserves the right to report to the supervisor of the member in case of repeated violation.
