Swire Halloween Spook-Fest 2018

The long-awaited Swire Halloween Spook-Fest 2018 will be held on 22 September (Sat) ! 

Please remember to bring along your valid staff card and QR code to the "SHKSA - Ticket Collection Counter"(near the water fountain at main entrance) to collect your pre-ordered tickets. 

For those who are planning to buy tickets on-site, please be reminded that all last minute tickets are available on a first-come-first-served basis while stocks last. All payment of tickets on-site will be settled by CASH ONLY, with the presence of your valid staff card.

Disney Pass: All participants must present their Disney pass in order to stay in the park after 8:00pm.

Send a cheque payable to “Swire Hong Kong Staff Association” for the appropriate amount (and your ticket order form if applicable) to SHKSA at 30/F, Dorset House, Taikoo Place, 979 King’s Road, Quarry Bay. 1. Ticket pick-up time is from 3pm to 6pm on the day of the event (22nd September 2018).
2. Members must present their staff cards in person to collect their tickets at the “SHKSA – Ticket Collection Counter” located at the Hong Kong Disneyland entrance. Representatives or latecomers will not be entertained.  
3. Members must attend Swire Halloween Spook-Fest 2018 in person with their guests.
4. Participants will need to arrange their own transportation to and from the Hong Kong Disneyland. SHKSA will not provide any shuttle bus service.

Swire Halloween Spook-Fest 2018 – Hotel Offer & Booking Details:

This offer is available only to reservations made by SHKSA members who have enrolled for Swire Halloween Spook-Fest 2018. Only members who have received a confirmation email issued by SHKSA are eligible for this offer. Guests are required to provide valid personal identification at the time of check-in for each reservation. Otherwise, the prevailing room rate at the time of check-in will be charged.

• Members must present their staff cards when attending the activities/ interest classes.
• Enrolment for any activities/ interest classes may not be transferred to other colleagues or friends.
• Each member may only submit one enrolment form for each activity/ interest class.  Repeated submissions may result in disqualification from enrolment.
• For activities/ interest classes which accept non-members, non-members must be accompanied by members.
• Confirmation of enrolment: Enrolment shall be confirmed by email or telephone.  The enrolment results can also be found on www.shksa.com. Upon receipt of enrolment confirmation, members must settle the total amount required to be paid within five working days can be paid by cheque or bank transfer.
• Cancelation policy: To cancel an enrolment, members must inform SHKSA within two working days after receipt of enrolment confirmation. Otherwise, if a replacement cannot be arranged, SHKSA shall charge the member the specified course/ activity fee and a penalty of HK$200.
• Absence: Absence without valid reasons or prior notice will not only waste the subsidy by SHKSA but also deprive other members of their chances to join the activity/ interest class.  If any vacancy is not replaced due to the above reasons, SHKSA shall charge a penalty of HK$200 on attendees with an attendance rate below 50%. Please be punctual in any activity or interest class. Latecomers may not be allowed to enter the activity venue after commencement of the class.
• Violation of rules: Any violation of the above rules may lead to suspension of membership for one year. SHKSA reserves the right to report to the supervisor of the member in case of repeated violation.
