Join us as a mock job interviewer for RUN’s 2024 Mock Job Fair to transform the lives of refugees in Hong Kong!
Asylum seekers and recognised refugees face employment challenges due to legal restrictions, often losing years of valuable work and lacking interview experience. As a volunteer, your role as an interviewer is to provide valuable feedback and guidance to enhance their interview techniques.
RUN supports vulnerable refugees, especially women. Swire Trust supports RUN’s education programmes through skills and vocational training, which aims to help them build resilience and cultivate self-reliance for a brighter future.
Remarks:
· Volunteers can choose to join either the morning or afternoon session, or both.
· If the activity is over-subscribed, participants will be randomly drawn.
