Event Description:
Ever wonder what’s inside Chungking Mansions? Join us for an exciting guided tour of this iconic multicultural hub in the heart of Hong Kong!
As you walk through the busy hallways and feel the energy of the place, you explore the unique cultural charm of the place, interact with the friendly shopkeepers, and savour the authentic Chai tea and mango lassi. Your senses will love everything you discover!
The tour will end with a visit to the Centre for Refugees, where the tour guide will share insights into the lives and challenges facing the refugee and asylum seekers community in Hong Kong.
Swire Trust supports The Christian Action Centre for Refugees with “Tertiary Education Assistance”, which provides tertiary education sponsorships for refugee and asylum seeker youth located in Hong Kong.
Remarks:
· Each staff can bring along 1 family member/ friend, please register for them on the sign-up form.
· If the activity is over-subscribed, participants will be randomly drawn.
