Join us in savouring and appreciating sustainable seafood while learning about overfishing in Hong Kong.

We are glad to have Graham Long, the Executive Chef of EAST HK, and Stan Shea, Marine Programme Director of BLOOM Hong Kong, to share their expertise in promoting sustainable seafood on the table, and protecting them in the ocean.

Delightful light lunch featuring sustainable seafood will also be provided for all participants.

Swire Trust supports BLOOM Hong Kong’s “114˚ E Hong Kong Reef Fish Survey 2.0” project to collect evidence related to the conservation of reef fish species, diversity and recovery of fisheries resources and gather support through public engagement efforts.
