You will learn more about EAST Hong Kong’s commitment to sustainability, plus enjoy complimentary snacks along the way! The event will begin with a 30-minute sharing and Q&A session in English, where Jennifer will share her passion on sustainability and how it has influenced the hotel to go green. After that, we will take you on a tour through FEAST’s kitchen areas, domain and guest rooms, where our knowledgeable guides will showcase the hotel's environmentally conscious design and operations.

About Jennifer Cheung As General Manager of EAST Hong Kong, Jennifer has set her goal to make EAST Hong Kong as sustainable as possible over the past decade and now oversees Swire Hotels’ green progress, inspired by a simple belief that there's no better time than now, her motto is simply: "If we don't act today, then when?"
As the Sustainability Ambassador of Swire Hotels and the representative of the hotel group in Swire Properties’ Resource and Circularity Taskforce Meeting and Performance Working Group, Jennifer will continue to lead EAST Hong Kong to strive for Swire Properties SD 2030 to become the leading sustainable development performer in the industry. By 2025, the property targets to reduce water intensity by 6% and cut down on electricity usage per guest night by 21% compared to the baseline in 2018 as well as to achieve a waste diversion rate of 52%.
