Remarks from HKPA: Please bring along the valid employee staff card or medical card on the day of the event.Participants must be aged 18 or above. Participants should have basic swimming ability and be able to swim 50m with clothes on. Please wear water-appropriate sportswear and closed-toe, closed-heel water shoes, and bring a change of clothes after the activity. Lifejackets will be provided and must be worn at all times. Free shower, changing rooms and lockers are available on-site. The fee includes all equipment and coach fees. Participants are required to bring their own drinking water. HKPA will reschedule the event due to adverse weather. Please refer to the attached inclement weather arrangement document. HKPA provides public liability insurance. Participants may arrange their own accident insurance if needed.
Rules and regulations from SHKSA:
Members must present their staff cards when attending the activities/ interest classes. Enrolment for any activities/ interest classes may not be transferred to other colleagues or friends. For activities/ interest classes which accept non-members, non-members must be accompanied by members. Violation of rules: Any violation of the above rules may lead to suspension of membership for one year. SHKSA reserves the right to report to the supervisor of the member in case of repeated violation.
